Throughout the Academic Career at SPS apart from the school activities the management also emphasis on the students involvement in different training programmes and Conference. The objective is to impart the leadership, entrepreneurship and public speaking skills among the students. Students at SPS actively participate in both in-house and country wide training pragrammes and conferences. Some of the reoccurring events are,

1. Annual Trekkers Meet up and other Hiking and Trekking Seminars
2. Career Counseling Seminars
3. Bio-Diversity
4. Seminars on social awareness
5. Safety and Emergency Preparedness Trainings
6. Participation in Leadership and SQCC conferences on National Level.
