Medical Facilities:

Great care is being taken in respect of  student’s health by providing them indoor first- aid and related medical facilities. All the four sections have been provided with dispensaries under qualified medical practitioners. SPS has also arranged an ambulance for providing speedy outdoor medical facilities to its staff and students.

Personal File:

The institution maintains the personal file of each student throughout his/her stay. All his/her acts and omissions are recorded round the year regularly.  The performance of each student is passed on to the Annual Assessment Report as recorded in his/ her personal file.

Guidance:

Guidance days are observed according to the devised annual schedule of  activities and under the supervision of  Class Teacher  /  Incharges.

The main thrust of Guidance Days activities is to concentrate on the mental and moral boost up of students and to develop in them the skills required for better interaction with each other. They are also given an ample opportunity to nurture their communication potential and ability to face the audience in a bold manner.

Class Teacher / incharge acts as “Talent Hunter”. He/She keeps the record of students pertaining to their outstanding potential in terms of best declamation abilities, recitation of Holy Quran, Naat Sharif, rendering of national anthems, script writers, stage performers and in other activities related to performing art. The students with commendable talents are awarded on the occasion  of Annual Day Function

Emergency Preparedness:

The institution is well-aware of the fact that natural calamities do occur from time to time. With this in view, SPS is keenly desirous to tackle such emergency situations like short circuiting, fire breakup, earth quake etc, with due caution and without causing much damage. For this purpose, SPS has specified a  specific place where all the students and faculty members gather on a call under such circumstances. All the people gathered on the spot wait till the next call. More over, Senior students and commanders are made to contribute to the relief and First Aid work under unavoidable circumstances. They are trained for this purpose by the faculty members.  SPS has installed Fire-Fighting equipments at conspicuous places in each Section/Hostel, which the college administration uses in case of emergency in addition to First Aid facility. 

SPS has its own facility of Ambulance to assist the administration during the course of all emergencies. SPS has trained some of its faculty members vide civil defense training to combat such calamities.
