SLO Based Teaching

One day Seminar was conducted by SPS management for the Principals and admin Staff members to focus the teaching methodologies towards conceptual learning. Mr. Arshad Khan, Special Secretary Education was invited to deliver his talk on the topic. He shared the government potential steps to introduce the conceptual based learning. He said that in future specific books culture would be replaced to Students learning outcome-based learning, any publishers not following the National Curriculum would be not permitted to market their books. He maintained that this issue needed a complete workout at the end of schools as this year BISE is going to conduct SLO based exam for Class VIII while with the same procedure Class V would also be assessed in the coming year.
